- Supported 5+ enterprise applications (Magnolia CMS, DocuWare, ServiceNow, CMOD, and ASP/.NET apps) used by 200+ internal users across departments
- Enhanced the UI of 10+ ServiceNow catalog items by translating non-technical stakeholders' requirements into effective technical solutions, improving request efficiency for end users
- Interpreted and applied technical documentation to configure systems, implement updates, and resolve issues
- Contributed across the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation
- Provided QA and user acceptance testing support for new features and updates before production rollout

- Collaborated at the Smarter Health- Innovating, Embracing, and Linking Devices lab to analyze data from 303 participants in the Aging Brain project, examining over 66 PET scans, 100+ MRI scans, and 5 years of neuropsychological tests to investigate links between cerebrovascular disease and cognitive decline
- Processed and interpreted two key vascular measures (carotid artery intima-media thickness and retinal artery/vein diameters) with Pandas to quantify the effects of CVD on cognitive function
- Applied machine learning algorithms from Sklearn to uncover patterns in the dataset and exploring three potential path ways (ischemic, Alzheimer's-related, and metabolic/inflammatory) using Python to understand their contributions to cognitive decline and changes in brain structure

- Officiated at the 5v5 Basketball and 4v4 Flag Football intramural games on campus every week
- Collaborated with two other officials every game to keep track of scores and fouls, enforcing regulations ensuring fair play for 40+ participants, and managing ambiguity and conflicts on-court effectively through strong communication and customer service skills
